I love teaching at SPU because I get to interact closely with my students. Many of my history classes raise hard questions about the evil humans inflict upon each other. At SPU, I have the gift of being able to bring my Christian faith and its rich heritage to bear on these issues. That freedom allows me to be authentic about my source of hope and it provides a platform for me to encourage my students to have the confidence they can make a difference in the world.
